The only personal data we collect through this site is what you choose to submit via the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number (if provided) and the contents of your message. We do not use tracking cookies — our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless and collects no personal data.

We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry and to prepare scoped proposals for the work you’ve asked about. Our lawful basis for this processing is legitimate interest — responding to an enquiry you initiated.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email via our email delivery provider, Resend. This involves processing by a provider operating internationally under appropriate safeguards (UK GDPR-compliant transfer mechanisms). Your details are not sold, and they are not shared with third parties for marketing.

Client reviews are collected only through invited, single-use links — there is no open review form. If you submit a review we store the name, rating and review text you provide in a SQLite database on our own server, and a review appears on the site only after we have manually approved it. We receive a notification email when a review is submitted, delivered via Resend as with the contact form. To have a review corrected or removed, email information@laneden.co.uk.

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as it is needed for the enquiry, or for the engagement that follows from it, after which it is deleted.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to our processing of it.
